If something isn't right with your order, contact us at ordershelp@thebutteredchic.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Approved returns must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging, and are issued as store credit or a replacement item.

SHIPPING/PROCESSING
Made-to-order craftsmanship. Every jar is blended, whipped, and hand-filled in small batches so it arrives fresh, never warehoused.
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days once a batch is ready, and delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days after shipping. You'll receive tracking as soon as your package is on its way. If a batch delay affects your order, we'll notify you right away.
