Shipping
Every Buttered Chic order is prepared in small batches and hand-filled with care. If a batch is ready, your order will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Delivery generally takes 5–7 business days after shipping, depending on carrier timelines. You’ll receive tracking information once your package is on its way.
Because our butters are made fresh and in limited runs, availability may vary slightly. If an item is delayed due to batching, we’ll notify you right away — your order will always ship as soon as the product is ready.
Returns & Exchanges
We take pride in the freshness and quality of every jar. Returns are only considered if approved by our team, and must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit or a replacement item UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED — refunds are not provided in cash or to the original payment method. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be accepted.

All are completely normal and don’t affect performance – these products always melt or spread seamlessly on contact with skin.
